Closing date changed

Well, we are still closing on both houses...just a little later. May 12th is the magical date. Hopefully it doesn't change again. I am uploading new pics onto my slide show that you can see above. We have had some beautiful days here and we have been outside every day for about 4 days. Ashtin LOVES being outside and throws the worst tantrums I have ever seen when we come inside. Complete with throwing himself on the floor, kicking, screaming and turning as red as a fire engine. I will have to get it on video one of these days.

Our 4D ultrasound is Saturday so I will be sure to post pictures after we go. I am really excited to see this little man! Gavin's spring concert is at school tomorrow and my dad turns 62 tomorrow! He can collect social security - woo hoo!

27 week doc appt. yesterday

I had a doctor appt. yesterday. Everything is fine with baby Landyn. He is measuring right on target (for now....my babies seem to increase in size exponentially in the third trimester). My one hour glucose test was fine and now we are just "coasting" along. I told her that July 8th seemed like a good day for an induction. She said that sounded good as well, but we will have to wait until we get closer to schedule it. She is aware that my parents need to be here for childcare reasons (plus I need my mom in there with me - she has been there for the other boy's deliveries and I need her there!).

Gavin officially joined cubscouts yesterday and a few of his school friends are in his pack so he is very excited! Rob really enjoys that outdoor camping type stuff and I am not much of a camper....AT ALL! I can't believe Gavin will be in first grade next year....my baby. Seems like yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital.

Nothing new to report on Ashtin...my little monster. He is obsessed with coloring on the walls lately, so the Magic Eraser thing is our best friend.

New to this blog thing...

Ok friends and family...since most of you are in Michigan, we decided to start a White Family blog so everyone can keep up with our "happenings". The slide show to the right is of the photos I upload onto Flickr. Right now I have a ton of new pics of our new house posted. We finally have an offer on our house and a tenative close date of May 5th!!! I might actually get to put the new baby in his own room instead of in a tent in the driveway :)

The boys are good. Ashtin is a wrecking machine (to put it lightly). He is very agile and quick and loves coffee. Whenever he sees it (his favorite is the iced vanilla coffee mcdonalds has) he makes these grunting sounds and says "num num num"...we give him a few sips (I know, bad mommy!) and he nods his head and keeps saying "num num num". I will have to get it on video. Gavin is so smart and I can't believe he is almost 7. His new obsession (besides the MAIN obsession of Star Wars) is the solar system and anything about it. He can name every planet and how cold or hot it is (yes, in exact numbers....like -346 degrees). He is going to be some sort of scientist I think. The sports thing just isn't his cup of tea. He loves numbers and is reading at a third grade level according to his teacher. I am so proud of him.

The pregnancy is going good. I am 26 1/2 weeks. April 26th we are going for a 3d/4D ultrasound. We loved it when we went when I was pregnant with Ashtin and Gavin is just fascinated by it. I will be sure to post pictures. We are all very excited to meet the new baby and will be naming him "Landyn Russell"....sounds famous doesn't it? :) That is it for now.
